2024 Women's Visionary Congress Postponed

Following the success of our Tram Day event earlier this summer, the WVC board of directors has elected to postpone the 2024 Congress, originally set for September 27 – 29 in Berkeley. This decision allows us to focus on fundraising and provides the necessary time to thoughtfully address the travel and lodging needs of our elder presenters.

Our Tram Day gathering helped us recognize the value of shorter events, which offer meaningful community experiences without the financial and logistical challenges of hosting a three-day Congress. These more intimate gatherings are also less taxing on our elder presenters and more accessible for participants, reflecting our organization’s evolving understanding of these needs.

As we move forward, we are considering whether to return to the longer format of the Women’s Visionary Congress or continue with shorter events. If you’d like to share your thoughts, sponsor an event, and support future WVC gatherings, please consider reaching out to us at info@visionarycongress.org or donating here.

Thank you for your continued support of the WVC and the work of psychedelic women and elders, which we have proudly presented since 2007. We send you our love and good wishes for a visionary summer.
